Add a meeting from its Meeting.aspx URL on Escriba. The system extracts title, date, and room from the minutes page, then imports the first day's recording for downstream processing.

Paste the full URL of the minutes page; the system extracts metadata and the first day's video.

How this works
  1. Navigate to a past meeting on Escriba.
  2. Confirm the URL contains Meeting.aspx.
  3. Paste the URL into the form.
  4. Click Add meeting; you'll land on the meeting detail page.
  5. Add additional days from the meeting detail page.
What happens next
  • Extracts title, date, and room from the minutes page.
  • Imports the first day's video as "Day 1".
  • Queues the recording for segmentation, transcription, and diarization.
